Greetings @jejeboom

Does your PC POST using the 5800XT?

HP MBs using 5700G processors are usually locked at 65 watts due to BIOS and VRM limitations.

What specific Omen do you have? A 35L?

What's the Product Number?

I'm pretty sure your PC's MB is limited to 65 watt processors.

What software are you using to increase power? Ryzen Master?

Okay, the GT12-1000a Hana MB does support 105 watts.

And you're probably using Ryzen Master because you can't adjust the PPT in the BIOS.

One reason could be the CPU cooler HP installed on your MB might not support a 105 PPT processor.

You might have to replace/upgrade the CPU cooler.

The BIOS would be limiting processor socket power when using the factory installed CPU cooler.

Are you setting up a Ryzen Master OC profile. And then have Ryzen Master start with Windows using the OC profile?

Doing this should retain the 105 watt setting.

ive change the cooler i have an aio  my cpu run cool and new case for better cooling. every time i started my pc ryzen master put a random 65w custom pbo  profile i have to change to default every time to get the 105w. my bios is the latest f24 something i have the amd chipset driver too and i did a bios flashback too nothing changed. You have done everything there is to do to get the correct CPU PPT setting.

Disable Ryzen Master (RM) startup and don't use a RM profile if RM is causing the problem.

The CPU should then run at 105 watts.
