To stop the recurring "Welcome to your new HP" pop-up message, you can try the following steps:

1. Check Startup Programs:

  •  Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  • Go to the Startup tab.
  •  Look for any HP-related programs that might be launching the welcome message.
  • Select the program and click Disable.

2. HP Support Assistant Settings:

  • Open HP Support Assistant from your Start menu.
  • Go to settings or troubleshoot options.
  • Look for any options related to welcome messages or startup pop-ups and disable them.

3. Remove HP Welcome App:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
  • Look for any HP-related apps or welcome programs.
  • Select the program and click Uninstall.

4. Check Scheduled Tasks:

  • Open the Task Scheduler from the Start menu.
  • Look under Task Scheduler Library for any tasks related to HP welcome messages.
  • If found, right-click the task and choose Disable.

After performing these steps, restart your desktop to ensure that the settings take effect.
