The HP 975 Dual-Mode Wireless Keyboard may notice that the keyboard does not include a dedicated Print Screen (PrtScn) key. As a result, capturing screenshots in Windows can be confusing for new users. Windows screenshot shortcuts can be used instead of a dedicated Print Screen button.

1: Use Windows Screenshot Shortcut
Press: Windows Key + Shift + S
This opens the Windows Snipping Tool and allows you to:
Capture a rectangular area
Capture a free-form area
Capture a window
Capture the entire screen
The screenshot is automatically copied to the clipboard and can be pasted into applications using Ctrl + V.
2: Capture the Entire Screen
Press: Windows Key + PrtScn
On keyboards without a dedicated Print Screen key, Windows screenshot functionality may be accessed through alternative key combinations depending on keyboard configuration.
3: Use the Keyboard Shortcut
Shortcut for the HP 975 Dual-Mode Wireless Keyboard is: Fn + Windows Key + Spacebar
This key combination may perform the screenshot function on some systems.
How to Paste a Screenshot into a Document
After taking a screenshot:
Open Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Paint, Outlook, or another application.
Click inside the document or message.
Press Ctrl + V.
The captured image will be inserted into the document.
