This will depend on your version of hp support assistant

just follow this

click on the top right "create an account / log in"
then you have to view the profile

hp support assistant remove .png

 

note, it cannot be removed, the computer, on which the software is installed if one is offline here

You can remove it if you are on your hp account, so the device is removed from the whole hp site normally

go to the hp support page, and log in
you can add delete devices here
