не помню пароль БИОС

после 3 раз неправильного ввода пароля 

появляется какой-то код, что с ним делать?  или надо отправлять его в тех-поддержку , для восстановления.

моноблок работает хорошо на 10 но на 11 

перейти не могу, надо в БИОСе дать разрешения trm

In the past, one could contact HP Support, with that "code", and some proof of ownership (not a stolen computer?), and HP would give you a correct password.  Lately, I have seen a posting on this forum that HP Support has ended this service, 3 years ago.  Can you find the "Hardware Repair and Servicing" manual for your computer, on the HP Support web-site?
