07 bios but will not load image

Getting this error code when trying to load win 10 off usb 

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS 

also noticed that the hard disks are un allocated
