100% disk usage in task Manager even there is no application is running.

So, Please suggest.

Hi maybe you installed some app with bug files maybe that is the reason or try to change windows

There is always something  running even if you are not running an app yourself.  For example, Windows Update runs every week and when it does, it takes over the drive and processor, driving both to 100% -- even though you are not running anything yourself.

 

When you see this 100% usage (which means the drive is being taken over) then go into Task Manager, Processes tab, and click on the Disk tab to see which processes are using the disk.
