I have 2 desktops  both lower price range and 4weeks ago the one I generally  watch Netflix  on suddenly  turned on with blue screen and it just wouldn't let me do anything  with.  So I have been using  the other desktop computer  and 2 days ago  that  turned blue screen too.   Is this a scam to make me purchase  another  desktop  from HP? ?  None of the factory  reset work.  It seems really odd that both have same problem

No one can provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PCs
2) OS version the PCs are running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PCs

Awaiting your replies ...

I asked for the information to see if these PCs were still new enough to be under warranty.

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what we typically can do on this forum. If the PCs were still under warranty, you could have contacted HP Tech Support for their help in resolving the BSODS, but without their help, you are pretty much on your own.

That said, the community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/

Good Luck
