HP Recommended

I have a 2022 HP Envy x360 laptop that suddenly stopped powering up.  Can anyone please tell me where the reset button is?  Many laptops have a tiny reset button hole underneath on the back of the unit.  Inserting the end of a paperclip can help to restart the laptop when nothing else works.  However, this model does not seem to have a rest button.  I tried following directions from the HP site; push the power button for 20 seconds with nothing connected to it, then insert the power cord and re-push the power button.  Unfortunate, nothing happened. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.
