OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop, which comes with a HyperX 2666mhz RAM, my task manager shows 2666mhz RAM Speed but Omen Gaming HUB shows it is running at 1333mhz, I downloaded third party app "RAMMon" it shows its running at 1333mhz can I know how to fix this? I have no idea why is it at 1333mhz I have an Intel Core i9-9900k it supports up to 2666mhz

This is the PC I bought "Omen by HP Obelisk Gaming Desktop Computer, 9th Generation Intel Core i9-9900K Processor, NVIDIA GeF...

Spec list says:

Memory

HyperX 32 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (upgradable to 64 GB)"

Please see the Images attached,

(ps. I removed and plugged back my RAM once)

From what I learned
Motherboard accepts say 2666
If you have two 2666mhz modules, the motherboard lowers that to 1333 for each of them
As you can see max transfer 2666
Even if the module are 2666 they will be displayed in 1333

Hi
it's just a misunderstanding, everything seems normal

Slot 1 + slot 2 = 2666
