A Microsoft Community forum editor tells me that my PC is not compatible with Windows 10, saying that HP doesn't have Windows 10 drivers for this PC, without mentioning any one specifically. I note that the HP product page for driver support only offers Windows 8 as possible Windows versions, so maybe she's right?
What can be the consequences of this problem? I have noted that it wasn't possible to use HP Support Assitant to contact HP support. It just said an error had occurred and try again, so maybe that's one consequence, but is there anything more serious that could occur?

The system can run Windows 10. dont worry about drivers as most of the important ones will download through Windows Update. If any drivers dont download then find the Hardware ID of the missing driver and google it and you should be able to find the driver for it.
