8 beeps can't enter BIOS after BIOS update

-after updating bios , I don't know if it completed installing I was away for 10seconds or so..when I returned pc started beeping..so.i switched off and restarted again(that was a mistake ig?)
I changed my HDD to SSD and added another 4gb Ram to my HP all in one 20-r012in
-booted windows 10 fine
-to install the required drivers,I downloaded hp supportassistant,it downloaded BIOS update and asked me to restart
-i tried windows+b combo,clear CMOS by jumper
-This is the only screen I get(image attached)
- if u suggest installing bios via USB what version of bios should I download
