I am having an issue with our 8300/8200 SFF Elites. Does anyone know why when I set a password for BIOS, it takes the password but when I restart it and go back into BIOS, it is not prompting to enter a password, it's not registering it at all. Any help is appreciated!

The 'CMOS' chip on the motherboard retains the settings.
That chip requires that the small (size of a USA $0.25 coin) battery on the motherboard continuously feeds it some voltage.
So, dead/dying battery means that the CMOS cannot "remember".
Less than USA $2 to buy a replacement battery.
With a tiny screwdriver, "pop" the old one old, and read the engraving on the "top", e.g., "CR-2032".
Buy a matching battery, and push it in, so that the "top" is visible.
