Product: HP ProDesk 600 G4 Microtower PC

I recently got a system from my place of work, and left the domain. Now I cannot log in, and I do not have a reset disk. 

At this point I would accept being back on the work domain if that’s a possibility, but would prefer to use this computer at home with no restrictions.
