Hello,
About a year ago my Windows 10 unexpectedly became unactivated and said that it couldn't be activated because it was having trouble connecting to its servers. I was able to find my product key but putting it in again in settings didn't do anything. I contacted Microsoft support and the person that helped me said they were able to validate my key and that I need to contact the manufacturer (in this case HP) but it seems my warranty has expired, and the only way to contact them is to pay a subscription fee. Is this something that I must do if I want to fix this issue? Or is there another way of fixing the problem myself? Any help is greatly appreciated!
