Need help. I cannot enter advanced BIOS settings for all 4 integrated video cards to work. When entering the BIOS, there is no Advanced, while with 8GB VRAM (4x 2GB VRAM) only 2GB VRAM is allocated. What did I pay 1000 USD for? If only 1 video card out of 4 works in a laptop under warranty? How do I enter BIOS and enable others? Where is Advanced? Neither f10 + a works.

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns
To assist you better provide me with the complete Notebook model or the product number
You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.
Noe: HP Consumer Pc’s uses a customized BIOS setting (Tattooed BIOS) of which some features including overclocking and increasing the VRAM are locked.
This is done in the best interest of safeguarding the PC for the optimal performance and not to cause any extensive component failure.
To conclude, the VRAM on your PC is already shared with a specific value and its locked and cannot be changed.
Thank you

The HP Laptop - 15s-eq0005ur is a Consumer Notebook so there is no option in BIOS to change the VRAM
As mentioned earlier the the VRAM on your PC is already shared with a specific value and its locked and cannot be changed. This is done in the best interest of safeguarding the PC for the optimal performance and not to cause any extensive component failure
But you can increase the Virtual Memory.
- Open Settings.
- Click on System.
- Click on About.
-
Under the "Related settings" section, click the System info option.
-
Click the "Advanced system settings" option from the left pane.
- Click the Advanced tab.
-
Under the "Performance" section, click the Settings button.
- Click the Advanced tab.
-
Under the "Virtual memory" section, click the Change button.
- Clear the Automatically manage paging files size for all drives option.
- Select the Custom size option.
-
Specify the initial and maximum size for the paging file in megabytes.
Thank you

Hello,
on page https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c01612362 there is information, that in advanced settings is option to turn on keyboard backlight.
I have BIOS F.13. In this version there is no advanced tab. How to turn backlight option on?
My BIOS look like on this hp simulator: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06527734

On my sys, only BIOS v F.10 had the Advanced tab. I think it was an accident because almost immediately, they released F.11 which again masked it. However, nothing on that tab dealt with backlight. On my sys, FN+F5 key combo toggles the keyboard light on, dimmer, and off. I never saw a Bios setting for it as many users use it interactively. HTH
Oh, and BTW, there IS an option in BIOS as to whether or not to have the F keys perform with the special meaning by default, or to enable the FN+F-key to activate. So that keyboard backlight could be reached by just pressing F5 or FN+F5 depending on your BIOS setting. See the Configuration Page of the BIOS and in your case it says ACTION Keys. If enabled, I beleive you do not use the FN key. If Disabled, you DO need it.
