Don't know why folks seem to think a System Reset is a Miracle Cure for anything that ails a PC.
If there is any hardware issue, which the primary reason folks do this, the reset is certain to fail and leave you with a nonworking PC.
Need to know WHY you did the reset.
The most common way to fix this is to reinstall Windows from scratch using a USB stick built from the HP Cloud Recovery tool -- but that will erase everything on the PC, including all your account info. And although you will then create a new account, even if you use the same "name", Windows does not actually use that "name" to identify your files, so once again, internally., it will have a different "name".
