Hi, we recently (tonight!) lost our audio driver on our Envy 20. I have gone to the sound in device manager and there is no driver device listed. We were having some wifi issues and while working on that looked at fixes for audio and when we rebooted, the sound devices were completely removed. How and/or what should we do to reinstall an audio? We have had sound issues forever with this pc.
I know the OS is Windows 10 but not sure if 32 or 64 bit.

Your machine actually is an HP ENVY 20-d013w. Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c03506300
It came with Windows 8 pre-installed and no support drivers for Windows 10
The problem with IDT High Definition Audio Driver for Windows 10 has been around and no concrete solution.
Please try
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
Regards.
