Product: HP Omni 220-1125

I did a system reset but have red 'X" on speaker icon, how do I install correct audio driver?  I think the reset has me using Wndows 10?  Prefer not to have to buy driver download.

Try taking a look at this thread. You need the IDT audio drivers.

Thanks v. much for your suggested solution, David (Iomare).  Actually, got it solved a few days ago (sorry didn't update this posting) wherein I had a tech guy from Microsoft Support do reomte access of my computer and I think he did same thing you mention, as I recall there was a warning window which he nevertheless clicked continue and then driver installed!
