The computer enters into diagnostic mode as soon as I turn on. After spooling for approx. 20 minutes the message reads “Automatic repair couldn’t repair your PC . It gives me 2 options to either shut off or enter “ Advanced option” . After entering the latter and spooling for another 20 minutes, the same message comes on- Automatic repair couldn’t repair your PC.

can someone tell me what can I do? I

@A-Hii -- is one of those "repair" options offer to reinstall Windows (while NOT deleting your personal files) ?

 

Have you tried the "System Restore" option, to time-warp your computer back to a date/time when it was working?
