When I try to reset my laptop it suddenly went into automatic system repair blue screen and I went into panic mode and I tried startup settings method and It is showing startup repair couldn't repair your pc log file SrtTrail.txt and it showing shut down or advanced options.
When I clicked advanced options and enter into cmd, everytime I click on cmd it asks for recovery keys everytime, and then I tried almost every possible way out there like SFC DISM chkdsk bootrec and all and I have tried system security and enabling admin access commands also like ICACLS D:\WINDOWS\WINSXS\* /T /Q /C /RESET
full access to administrators:
ICACLS D:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\* /T /Q /C /GRANT ADMINISTRATORS:F
reset windows security settings to default:
SECEDIT /CONFIGURE /CFG D:\WINDOWS\INF\DEFLTBASE.INF /DB DEFLTBASE.SDB /VERBOSE
configure and to start trusted installer:
SC CONFIG TRUSTEDINSTALLER START= DEMAND
NET START TRUSTEDINSTALLER

And then I have tried DISM /IMAGE:D:\ /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH
SFC /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\WINDOWS

When I run this it is showing that the error 0x80310000 unable to access the image and for SFC command it is showing windows resource protection could not start the repair service.

Please help me anyone. Please

1 - Permission errors can be bypassed by first getting into window safe mode and  then creating a new administrator account.  You can then log into that new account and then try to recovery your documents etc. IMHO it is easier to copy the files you need into your new account than to fix the old account.

2 - You need to boot into safe mode to fix the problem.
Click here to see how to start your system in safe mode.  Once in safe mode, then run SFC.

Let me know if there is a problem.

Some advice:
HP is removing cloud recovery for system over 5 years old. The actual wording is a limited time after the warranty expires. You may want to get a copy of the cloud recovery before it is too late.

Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go here and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character. If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 64gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB. Alternately, download from the MS windows store. Click here for instructions.

Many commercial or "business" laptops have an alternate recovery tool different from that cloud.
