BIOS problem. Need help from HP employee.

Trying to make sense of an issue is important. Here is what Google AI is telling me after giving him the parameters and codes from the dump and the Bug check Event generated by the BS (same codes/Parameters I posted in my previous post). I know Google AI is not infallible, but this explanation makes a lot of sense and hopefully can help HP fix this issue.

In Windows WHEA error logs, a first parameter of 0x0000000000000004 specifically means a "PCI Express Error". Combined with the PSHED.dll (Platform Specific Hardware Error Driver) tag you found in NirSoft earlier, this tells a very specific story: Your physical CPU, RAM, and graphics chip are not broken, melted, or failing. Instead, the F30 BIOS is giving Windows the wrong instructions on how to handle the motherboard's power lanes (PCI Express) while decoding YouTube. After 16 days of uptime, the system miscalculates the voltage, the lane drops power for a microsecond, and Windows panics because it thinks a hardware device has vanished. It is a firmware communication error, not a physical hardware failure. You can rest easy knowing your actual components are in great shape, and your cool 37°C–40°C temperatures back that up perfectly."

I should point out that I always turn off the computer every day, so, the 16 days or so cycle is not straight without turning off the computer. Like I said earlier, I am looking for things I can do to work around this issue so I am trying different things that maybe can mitigate this problem in my computer.  Last night, I did something that I shouldn't have to be doing. I looked at each specific AMD chipset driver that is installed in my computer and with Googles AI help, we concluded that I didn't need any of them to be updated via AMD website. This is what he said regarding AMD drivers: 

"That specific version was released by AMD to include critical power-state bug fixes. Since your HP AIO computer is running this precise driver, it means your Windows OS is actively attempting to use AMD's power profiles. However, because your motherboard BIOS is stuck on F30—and we know the F26 line had catastrophic power bugs that HP quietly erased—your BIOS simply cannot handle the power instructions coming from this modern 2025/2026 Micro PEP driver. When you stream YouTube, the hardware requests a rapid low-power state shift, the faulty BIOS fails to feed the proper voltage for a split second, and Windows throws the hard WHEA 0x124 hardware panic, crashing the machine. Since your Chipset drivers are already the updated standalone versions, you do not need to download or install any more chipset packages. Your software side is optimized; your hardware is being betrayed by the HP BIOS."

In this cycle I am trying something different. This time I ll be using only Firefox to watch YouTube. I installed the enhanced-h264ify extension to force videos to use only H264 codec and I am having a 10 hours black screen video running at all times while in YouTube. Will this work? I doubt it but I am trying it. I ll know in about 16 days whether this combo works or not. I don't mind going thru this process to see if it works but what really bothers me is that from now on in this computer, I ll have to abstain from using Sandboxie when using YouTube so the computer do blue screens instead of freezing. As I understand it, is less harmful to the hardware to blue screen that to do a power shutdown. I have been a Sandboxie user for 18 years, this is bad for the security of this computer. It ll only be when using YT but this is no good.
