I just bought 16gb of ram for my OMEN Obelisk, I went to the BIOS and it doesn't show the advanced options. How do i work around this because in my task manager im only running at 2,133 mhz but im supposed to be running 3200, so what do i do? Because i can't buy a new motherboard. So should I install the newest bios if i find it? ( I need help on finding it) thats all i got.

Greetings @K1qqd
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Please provide a HP Product Number for better assistance. Check this Site for details.
A specific PC product number is needed to check for BIOS updates.
I can't say if a BIOS update, if available, will give you BIOS XMP support. HP, generally, do not add this BIOS option to older consumer PCs.
So retail memory module upgrades will run at 2133 MT/s or 2400 MT/s.
Sadly it may be very difficult to find specific 16 GB HP Kingston HyperX branded memory modules which will run above 2133 MT/s.

I recently closed my OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-1xxx upgrade project, having struggled with the very same balderdash (...) as the OP.
Ended up giving up and installed 2x16GB of 2666 MHz-rated RAM as this was the fastest any RAM would ever run in my OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-1xxx: Solved: Re: Upgrading an OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-1xxx - Page 3 - HP Support Community - 92210....
There is no XMP (RAM) access on this platform. No one in HP I reached out to bothered to tell me otherwise.
If the OP finds out a way to make RAM run faster than 2666 MHz, I am all ear.
Kind Regards,

Greetings @NonSequitur777
I forgot you were able to get Timetec 16 GB memory modules running at 2666 MT/s.

Outstanding: yes, that was where I purchased this RAM kit from:
Have had very good results with this particular RAM-brand, including with my OMEN by HP Obelisk platform:
