Anyone else recently start getting blue screen of deaths on Intel HPs? I keep getting SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) with SYMBOL_NAME: nt!CcCopyReadEx+1f7 and IMAGE_NAME: GenuineIntel.sys and FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: IP_MISALIGNED_GenuineIntel.sys.

This has now happened on two new units of the same HP OmniDesk running Intel Core Ultra 7-265. I thought the first one was faulty hardware so I exchanged it, but since it is happening on the second one as well, it must be a software problem. A post on reddit suggests its a Microcode 11A bug in Intel that HP needs to fix with an updated BIOS.

I tried reinstalling Windows but that does not solve the problem. Yes, Windows Update is up-to-date with the latest drivers. I'm on latest Windows 11.

Anyone else having this problem? Know of any solution besides wait for HP?
