Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

After trying to get to f11 and was unsuccessful I went to f9 and and cpu pass,memory pass,hard drive pass optical drive pass then BIOHD-3 error code no bookable drives detected.how do I factory reset from bios
