Bought a Refurbish HP 590-p0020. During the Bios Update, the VIdeo drivers died. I had to load a non oem Windows 10 (latest verison) to recover. Only the newest O/S will allow the VIdeo driver to work with the Ryzen 2200g and the new BIOS.
Now the question is it worth trying to reload the OEM recovery which the BIOS will not allow the video driver to work, or hope getting a new recovery disk from HP and attempt to restore from it? Because if they did load up the original OEM WIndows 10 during the refurbish, then it will just crash again. Now that I running a stripped down Windows 10 with out some of the factory software, is the factory software worth it? Some of the HP Support software can be downloaded.
The software missing that I have questions about are
Power Media Player 14
HP Jumpstart

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
What graphics card is installed in your PC?
The HP factory hardware profile shows AMD integrated graphics (Link).
Did the BIOS update fail? A yes to this would suggest the PC should not be able to POST.
Did you do a BIOS recovery (Link)?
You can order HP Recovery media for your PC at this site (Link).
It appears you installed Windows 10 clean. HP Recovery media purchase at the last link should work if you want HP value added software.

This was the integrated graphics video and it failed after a good BIOS update. The graphic driver was the issue with the new bios. The driver only worked with an updated operating system. Meaning the Newest Version that is available. So my Desktop is working fine and I probably won't try the recovery disk. I was only putting this up to see if anyone else had the issue or help someone who had the same issue.
Most of the software that was from teh factory I don't use or need. I just was wondering if HP Jumpstart was worth worrying about.
But thanks for the information.
