Ich habe einen Desktop-PC. "HP Pavilion Desktop 590-p0xxx", Seriennummer: [Personal Information Removed].
Mainboard ist "PCI-Express 3.0 (8.0 GT/s)", "Modell: 8433", Hersteller: HP.
Installiert ist Windows10. Ich möchte ein Update auf Windows11 durchführen. Der eingebaute Prozessor "AMD Ryzen5 2400G" ist aber nicht kompatibel für Windows11. Daher habe ich vor den Prozessor zu wechseln. Der neue Prozessor wird der "AMD Ryzen5 5600G" sein. Ich brauche dafür eventuell ein Bios-Update. Installiert ist zurzeit die Bios-Version: "F.59 – AMD AGESA PinnaclePI-AM4 1.0.0.D". Leider kann ich bei Ihnen auf der Homepage keine Infos darüber finden, welche Bios-Version ich benötige, damit der neue Prozessor reibungslos funktioniert bevor ich diesen austausche. Den Support bei Facebook ist leider keine Hilfe.

I have a desktop PC from HP. "HP Pavilion Desktop 590-P0XXX", Mainboard is "PCI-Express 3.0 (8.0 GT/S)", "Model: 8433", manufacturer: HP. Windows10 is installed. I would like to carry out an update to Windows 11.

 

The "AMD Ryzen5 2400G" processor is not compatible for Windows11.

So I have to switch to the processor. The new processor will be the "AMD Ryzen5  5600G".

I may need a BIOS update for this.

The BIOS version is currently installed: "F.59 | AMD AGESA Pinnaclepi-AM4 1.0.0.d".

Unfortunately, I can't find any information on the HP homepage which BIOS version I need?
