Thank you for the update. Could you please elaborate a little more on what you mean by:

  • “The system BIOS file has been curated”

To help us understand the issue properly, please share:

  • A clear image/photo of the exact error screen,
  • Or the full error message currently appearing on the laptop.

Also, let us know:

  • Does the laptop power ON normally?
  • Are you able to enter:
    • BIOS using F10,
    • Or HP Diagnostics using F2?
  • Did this happen after:
    • A BIOS update,
    • Battery drain,
    • Or sudden shutdown?

Once we can see the exact screen/error, we can check further and help determine whether this is:

  • BIOS corruption,
  • Storage issue,
  • Or Windows boot corruption.
