The only bios upgrade, windows 11, is here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/omen-25l-desktop-pc-gt11-1000a/2100404877...

I assume you tried to upgrade from F11 to F12?

If you press ESC and get into the bios setup what is the SSID and the current BIOS version?

question:  How did this happen in the first place?  Was the bios update suggested by Microsoft or by running the HP Support Assistant?

l assume you can get into the BIOS setup.

When does the screen go blank? Is it right after the BIOS is finished showing the boot up information?  Is it after the windows startup and instead of a login screen you see a blank screen?

You can try recovering the old bios by using the windows key plus the letter "B" as described here

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16

Try 1 and 2 first before doing 3

What you can and should do

Please contact HP worldwide support and complain

https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

Possibly they can provide a repair even if out of warranty

I believe you have the HANA motherboard as shown here
https://www.ebay.com/itm/125660765105

Unplug the system and remove the battery for 30 seconds.

Alternately you can move the two jumpers over to the adjacent pins.  However, I was unable to find a manual that shows which pins to use so possibly better to remove battery.  Strangely, the manuals listed for your product show a laptop in addition to a desktop system

Depending on your location, there may be a tech shop that can flash the bios chip with the correct bios.  The chip is the 8 pin device just to right of the mounting hole.

If you want to do your own programming this is what you are up against

https://github.com/mostav02/me_cleaner_wiki/blob/master/me_cleaner-on-a-MSI-H110M-ECO.md

You will need to use Linux and get a module and clip

The actual rom bios needs to be extracted from the HP executable.

Its not that easy to contact the support as the guarantee ended in Januari. There is no phone or mail...
