Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have received an update notification from HP Support Assistant regarding the bios " HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM family SSID 8448)", What I suppose to do regarding this. should do the update or not? is this update have any harm on the PC.

Hello
so this is my own rule and that of a very old friend met in another forum
The computer has no problem that can be solved by updating the bios, nothing is touched
Check the information given in hp SUpport and directly from the HP site about this update.
A bios update can go wrong and make the computer unusable, and it can be very complicated or even impossible to go back.
