YOU NEED A BOOTABLE USB or DVD.
At power on it is ESC for the menu, then F9.
At no point have you indicated that the keyboard works, so maybe all of this will be a waste of time.
To get started, you will first need to have a license to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool. For more information on how to use the tool, see the instructions below.

HI
I can do a bootable disk but I dont know if the keyboard is recognized from the system in this condition. Your suggeestion is a non-standard procedure because it is not described on the support page?
