> it caused me a lot of problems in RAM ...
Please give specific details of those problems.
Also, download the "free" version of a RAM testing program: http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm
and test your RAM, one stick at a time.
In my opinion, updating BIOS is never the first thing that I would do, when trouble-shooting.

That's a quite-different question. What are the specifications for the current RAM (speed? size? chips per side?).
What are the specifications for the "new" RAM (speed? --- you can use "faster" RAM. size? chips per side?).
Exactly what is the model-number? With that information, you can search at http://support.hp.com to find the specifications of which RAM is compatible with your motherboard.

Before the problem the RAM was 8GB and now only 2GB because only with this ram works the normal computer ?! When I want to change RAM to larger capacity I do not work and try a lot of RAMs. This only means the computer works with 2GB !!

When you started, how many sticks were inserted to give 8 GB of RAM?
What was the labelling on each of those sticks?
What is the labelling on each of the stick(s) that give 2 GB of RAM?
