OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

I got the blue screen, BitLocker recovery key, on my Omen 30L, what I did was download Apex legends and allowed EA account to merge with my Microsoft account to play, and I remembered I updated Battlefield 2042. The next day which was a week ago, “Blue screen of death”. I’ve tried everything, the command prompt, advanced options, even the reboot won’t let me do it. I can’t even wipe it clean, what kind of crap is that. I took it to geek squad at Best Buy, they said they would do what I did so they can’t help and for me to reach out to Microsoft. “Ok really” what has Microsoft done. In my Microsoft account in the manage BitLocker keys, it tells me nothing is there and try a different URL. and it shows that my omen location is disabled. Is there any hope left in the world? If not any advice on a new hard drive with windows installed and where to get. Thanks guys I know there’s some smart guru’s out there.
