Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1033dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Last night I clicked shut down and update and this morning when I went to try and get on my laptop bitlocker key screen popped up and won't go away. I've looked everywhere I can for a recovery key but can't find it anywhere. Is there some way I can get my files off the computer with out losing them or am I just going to have to a complete reset of my computer?
