Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

First let me say, I'm happy to be here, and look forward to help those that I can. But right now I'm the one needing help, I have a Hp all in one computer that my son plays games on, It's worked perfectly in the past, but now all I can get is a black screen and no red light at the bottom of the mouse, I can hear the computer running, but no light up anywhere, How can I fix this? All tips are greatly appreciated.

Does not sound good.  No LED on mouse indicates USB ports are not being enabled.

If none of the above work you will have to open the system, disconnect hard drive, optical drive and pull memory sticks.  Blow out dust and replace one stick of memory and try again.
