Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Last night my hp all in one desktop started to hang or crash after it was left untouched for 4 hours, it entered sleep mode as usual however, normally move the mouse or press enter it was automatically left the screensaver and open to the server.

It crush and struck in the screensaver mode, i have turn off and waited for 5 mins to it on again, it worked for a while and then it crush and hang again, the desktop icon does not work/ respond upon clicking and the ctrl + alt+ del did not work as the keyboard is unresponsive. I unplugged the main power cable as it could be shut down normally.

This morning I tried again, on the desktop, it shows the loading and hp logo on screen but once it finish loading it just displays a black screen with the cursor and doesn't do anything else. I am able to move the cursor and the keyboard is not working as well also the light is on but the does not make any sound to say it's starting up or operating. Could someone please help me ?

Does not look good but since the HP logo is shown you might be able to runs a test or two before it hangs up.

Ignore the windows tests and scroll down to the "uefi tests"

Try the ESC and F2 and see if you can run the HP diagnostic program.  If you press ESC too soon then you will have to power the system off and back on.

Post back here what happens..
