Hi
have a pavillion 27 all in one .
Have had no problem them slicked it on after 5days of not being turn on and there is on screen. Just black. Fan goes on . Have checked forums and held down power button after everything has been switched off and taken out . Nothing . Tried attaching another monitor to it and it shows there is power out (it switched over the hdmi on the other tv) but still no screen. I’ve wireless keyboard so resetting through that doesn’t seem to work?? 🤯 help

This is a hardware issue with the Motherboard.
I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for one on one interaction.
Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp
Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest
Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect
Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
