Hello,
Constantly getting blue screen on my Windows 11 24H2 all in one desktop computer. I reviewed the dmp file and the culprit is rtwlane601.sys which is the Realtek Wifi driver. I am already using the latest driver dated 4/16/2024. I have called HP support 2 times and they wanted to reinstall my OS for $51. Each time I told them I have done a format and reinstall of the OS and yet I am getting these blue screen and they hang up the phone on me. I just bought these desktop one year ago and renewed the warranty but according to HP support its not a hardware issue.
Can someone help please.

Hi:
That's not the latest driver if it is from April 2024.
Here is the link to the latest Realtek Wi-Fi driver HP currently has for Realtek Wi-Fi adapters:

Greetings @Jasvin501
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Nice troubleshooting.
Reinstalling the OS is pointless since you have done this.
I don't see why HP Support would not assist if the PC is in warranty.
Do you need WIFI?
Try disabling Realtek WIFI in Device Manager to confirm it's the cause of the blue screens.
Also check your PC's hardware, if you have not tried this, using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
You could also Check System Files if you have not tried this option:
Open an Admin command prompt as follows:
Open Search then enter "command prompt". Right-click on the search result.
Select "Run as Administrator".
Enter the following commands, one at a time. Wait for each command to complete before running the next command.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth note: the PC must be connected to the network when using the DISM command.
Enter the next command to verify system files are okay.
sfc /scannow
Your problem seems to be hardware or hardware driver related. The latest Realtek hardware driver should not cause problems unless it is corrupted.
Last ditch effort would be to uninstall the Realtek driver. Now reinstall this driver.
