Product: HP 290 g2 MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Ever since upgraded to BIOS version F40 from F31, I have been receiving system service exception blue screen.
I noticed, since I have factory reset my HP, that it looks like, the cause of this issue may have been related to my antivirus because, I have been getting the blue screen when I install the antivirus software (kaspersky small office 7).
Is there any way I can revert back to version f31. I recall reading somewhere that once the new version is installed you cannot go back to the old version.
Any help would be appreciated.
