HP 290 g2 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since upgraded to BIOS version F40 from F31, I have been receiving system service exception blue screen.

I noticed, since I have factory reset my HP,  that it looks like, the cause of this issue may have been related to my antivirus because, I have been getting the blue screen when I install the antivirus software (kaspersky small office 7).

Is there any way I can revert back to version f31. I recall reading somewhere that once the new version is installed you cannot go back to the old version.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check up for any other driver outdated. Also verify when the issue starts, in Windows 1803, 1903, etc. To check this, press WINDOWS+R, type WINVER, press ENTER.
