HP Pavilion 590-p0097cb

Hello. My Pavilion 590-p0097cb has stopped working. I have tried to troubleshoot, reset, reboot and shut down the pc but I can't get it to do anything. The screen is blue. Is there something I'm missing or not doing?

@Cspunji -- there should be some message on that "blue-screen-of-death".  What do you see?

 

Try restarting Windows. If it blue-screens again, power-off, power-on, and restart Windows.

If it blue-screens again, power-off, power-on, and restart Windows.

If it blue-screens again, power-off, power-on, and Windows should note the successive failures, and show you a "recovery screen", where you (or a computer technician) can do some trouble-shooting.
