Thank you. I turned Velocity off and I hope when I hold my online class on July 14 (using WebEx), I hope my laptop will not crash again.

As a rule, the cause of this problem is an incorrect or corrupted driver that goes to the wrong place in memory. When memory location is not allowed, an error message is displayed on your computer.
