I have received the blue screen of death. I have tried everything and absolutely nothing is working. It was working fine 2 days ago. Then blue screen of death. Stopcode: BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO 

 

If anyone can help I would be so greatful!

@Nufleva -- power-off the computer. Power-on the computer, to get the same screen.

Power-off the computer. Power-on the computer, to get the same screen.

Power-off the computer. Power-on the computer, to get the same screen.

Power-off the computer. Power-on the computer, and maybe you will get the "System Recovery" screen, from where you can try trouble-shooting.

  • Hi! Thank you. I have tried that and have again come back to the automatic repair screen, restarted and again came back to the same screen of: sad face your device ran into some problems..then to preparing automatic repair/diagnosing your PC and now back to screen whi h indicates: Automatic  Repair. estart/advanced. Any other suggestions?

Purchase a brand-new, and fast, SSD. 

Install Windows onto it.

Copy all your Personal Files from the "old" disk-drive onto the new SSD.

 

Otherwise, it could be quite a frustrating situation for a long time, with no guarantee of any successful "repair".
