I as uninstalling programs and it looks like I have uninstalled drivers and all. When I turn computer on I have blue screen and choose English and then go to recovery manager for system recovery. It goes through all that and then nothing…

The drivers needed will be determined by the hardware. Please post the model number of the PC.
Since it was posted that the OS is Windows 7 (32bit), that might be a problem. If the Recovery Partition is still on the hard drive, then you are better off, assuming the PC came with Windows 7 from the factory.

The HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q114 (Touch) lists drivers for Windows 10 and those are the only drivers listed, which leads me to assume that is the OS it came with from the factory.
The post indicates Windows 7 (32bit) do you really expect drivers for that OS. BTW: is the recovery partition actually on the hard drive? and if "Yes" what OS is present in that Recovery Partition?
If the request for Windows 7 drivers is genuine, the most likely only way to find them is with the Hardware ID's but I suspect they do not exist.
