Hi @bluescreenlla,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for explaining the situation clearly. Repeated blue screens and Windows Memory Diagnostic reporting “memory error contact manufacturer” strongly indicate a hardware-level RAM failure rather than a software issue.

Steps to Resolve Memory Errors

1. Confirm the Error

  • You’ve already run mdsched multiple times and got memory errors, so that’s a solid indicator.
  • If possible, run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI
    • Restart your PC and press Esc repeatedly → F2.
    • Run Memory Test under Component Tests.
    • If it fails, the RAM is defective.

2. Reseat or Replace RAM

  • Power off and unplug the desktop.
  • Open the side panel.
  • Remove the RAM sticks and reseat them firmly.
  • If you have multiple sticks, test one at a time to identify the faulty module.

3. Update BIOS

4. Replace Faulty RAM

  • If diagnostics confirm failure, the only permanent fix is replacing the defective RAM.
  • Use HP-certified memory or compatible modules (same speed and type).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
