Hi:

 

Did you install an Intel 7260AC PCIe x1 Wi-Fi adapter?

 

If so, you have to connect the USB cable that works the Bluetooth from the back of the card to the PC's internal 9-pin USB header on the motherboard.

OK, so then is the Intel Bluetooth driver installed?

 

If not, you can use the Intel Bluetooth driver from Dell support since HP and Intel for some reason doesn't have the driver anymore.
