I have a laptop hp model rtl8723de, serial number 15-ra048ur, after reinstalling Windows and installing all the necessary drivers, a blurry image of the screen remains. Can you tell me how can I fix this problem? Perhaps you have a personal driver for this laptop model?

When you click to expand the Display adapters device manager category in the device manager, there should be an Intel graphics adapter listed there.
If there is a Microsoft Basic Display adapter listed there, then you don't have the correct Intel graphics driver needed.
