Hi, I have an HP G62-340US. It's Windows 7. I don't know where else to find specs because I cannot get onto the computer.

Whenever I turn on the computer this blue screen comes on that says "Boot Device Not Found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk- (3F0)."

This has happened a few times before but every time I was able to get back on the computer either by shutting it off and on a few times. Usually this happens after the computer has been moved around a lot. My bf thinks there is a loose wire which is causing the issue. I tried to take the hard drive out but I was scared to do it just in case I did something wrong or broke anything.

If anyone knows anything on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. If not, is there any way I can get all of my files off of the computer because I have all of my school files and other personal items on here that I really need.

If you need to know anything else I will let you know. I am not tech savvy by any means but I will try to give any additional information.
