Boot problem!!

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my desktop computer that I had bought new from bestbuy it's been 14 months, and I found that after 12 months (the warranty), I was no longer able to install any software or nor able to launch the executable (I often get a message "file system error", I took it to a computer repair center to format it because I was not able, they too were able to format it but are unable to install window 10 on it is like there is something blocking (put by HP maybe), they diagnosed all the hardware (hard drive, motherboard) and all is fine except unable to detect a distribution, please someone can help me i can't do anything with my computer.

A local PC tech should have been able to solve this problem. Try a different local PC tech.


HP does not sabotage products.
