My Hp deskjet 4152e has 2 problems #1. it prints half size.   #2 my browser does not connect it to the internet.

@woodust -- your two questions:

When you invoke the "print" function, does that dialog-menu set to print on 8.5-by-11 paper, or something smaller?  It the setting shown as "no scaling -- print at 100%" ?

 

#2 my browser does not connect it to the internet.

 

Start the browser.

Open the browser's "settings" menu.

Open the "more settings".

Choose to reset the browser back to its "default" settings.

Took it to the shop and they said they updated the driver. I thought it was up dated .it prints from a selection now but currently doesn't print the full width of a page. I have this in a new post.

It is not recommended to "double-post" the same issue.

 

Are you printing from an app, like Microsoft Word, that has "margins" (top & bottom & left & right) so that any page you print has a "border" where nothing is printed ?
