Hi Folks,
Can HP generate a ISO image for a Desktop PC-880-160se CTO ( 2TB61AV )? Can one be purchased?
The PC in question is not completing the Boot process.
PC's configuration includes ATA 2T Drive (SMART enabled) & Intel M.2 2280 (SMART enabled) Intel Optane NVMe Card.
The PC Display from startup Screen messages:
start:
The operating system did not shutdown cleanly
Reconstructing Cache Metadata
Please do not interrupt this process
... Writing Segment Heap ( end of messages ) - end of log
After this the PC drops into Auto Recovery mode.
The system does attempt the Recovery process but reports it can not complete recovery.
Both System & Component Tests have been run on the PCs Drives with No reported issues.
Any suggestions, comments or help would be greatly appreciated - Thanks

Hi:
Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will also need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) | HP® Customer Support
After you install the tool on the PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's window.
Your PC's product number is: 2TB61AV#ABA
